Master Planned Communities

Along with our development partner, The Cambridge Companies, we have acquired three large acre tracts of land for master planned communities in Celina, Texas. Each community has received entitlements and two communities (The Lakes at Mustang Ranch and Cambridge Crossing) are in the development stage. Each community will have an elementary school and significant amenities for their residents. Each community will have between 1,600 to 2,000 homes with varying lot sizes. Additionally, our development partner is completing the final phases of our Ridgeview Farms community in far north Fort Worth located at 287/Harmond Road intersection in Fort Worth. The balance of lots approximately 420 are in various stages of completion.
