Our land acquisitions are concentrated in Texas and primarily in Dallas/Ft. Worth growth corridors. We identify, acquire and entitle well located properties for commercial and residential development. Based on our history of significant value-added performance, these properties are on major arteries, with access to utilities and excellent proximity to employment centers. Our team has combined experience of acquisition, management and dispositions of over $2 billion worth of real estate sales. These tracts may range from 1 acre corners to several hundred acres for master planned communities which combine both residential and commercial.

Whether it be a starting a development from the ground up or an existing retail property needing value added improvements, Berlin Interests has substantial experience overseeing the complete project. When developing new retail centers, the team selects the site, acquires the property, provides financial assistance, leases and manages the asset. Berlin Interests has primarily utilized 2,000-20,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center as it’s retail vehicles.

In addition to the core business of land and retail, Berlin Interests has been involved in all phases of other commercial real estate transactions such as hospitals, restaurants, warehouses, service centers and office buildings.
Master Planned Communities
Berlin Interests will partner with others for site selection, zoning and financing of future master planned communities.
From the selection of the site and the formation of the plans, the team has been involved in the development of commercial buildings including building and financing of the project. After the property has been developed, the property management arm takes over the on-going operations.
